Pgcet for MBA and MCA which was previously conducted by VTU is now been taken over by Govt of Karnataka (KARNATAKA EXAMINATIONS AUTHORITY) for the year 2011.
HOW TO APPLY?
1.The candidates have to procure the brochure cum application form by Speed Post only by sending a self addressed cloth-lined envelope of size 25cm X 30 cm along with prescribed fee of Rs.600 in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of "The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority" payable at bangalore.
2.If a candidate likes to apply for more than one course then he is required to apply separately by sending two different covers with two different demand drafts each.
3.The cover in which the demand draft and self addressed envelope are sent should be boldly super scribed with the words "REQUEST FOR PGCET-2011 BROCHURE FOR MBA COURSE" and should be sent to The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, 18th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-560012 by Speed Post only.
4.The last date for submission of Demand Drafts to KEA to obtain brochure cum application form is 25-06-2011 by 5.00 pm.
SUPPLY OF BROCHURE CUM APPLICATION FORM:
1.The brochure cum application form will be sent by speed post to the home address of the candidates furnished on the self addressed cloth lined cover on or after 02-07-2011.
2.Last date for submission of filled application form by Speed Post to KEA is 15-07-2011 by 5.00 pm.
3.PGCET 2011 examination will be conducted only in the state of Karnataka.
SEAT MATRIX AND FEE STRUCTURE:
The list of colleges along with seat matrix and fee to be paid for the academic year will be notified one week before the commencement of seat selection process.

10.30 AM - 12.30 PM FOR MBA.
02.30 PM - 04.30 PM FOR MCA.
Important Info:
1. Take a xerox copy of your Demand Draft before you send it to KEA.
2. Keep the Speed Post receipt with you.
3. Please don't attach any stamps on the self addressed cloth lined envelope. Karnataka education Authority will send it through Speed Post.
4. To check the status of your Speed Post go to www.indiapost.gov.in
