  4. Thanks for the help. But I can´t get it to work. I´ve done everething exactly as you describe, but after the DDPB is finished installing, the AngryBirds icon never shows up on my Playbook. Hope that U can give me a hand. Thanks

  5. @jp: Make sure you enter your PB's ip address and development mode password in ddpb correctly. Even if you enter this incorrectly and try to install a app ddpb will give you a msg saying the app is installed. So try installing once again, it should work.

  6. Looks easy! Angry Birds is one of the best game applications for the Blackberry Playbook. I wonder if the gaming experience is the same as with other tablets.

  11. LimeFrog Stewegg Try installing the Java 64bit version, just go to oracle.com to download it for free. Also make sure you have the development mode is turned on.

  12. I have Java, it says I don't when I run DDPB is get (no java: close app!)

    ReplyDelete
  13. well i dont know why that's happening. Normally uninstalling java and installing 32 or 64 bit should do the trick. Are you using a mac?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Hi Mr. Green, I have tried with the 64bit version and also download the latest Java from java.com.
However, the same problem still existed. Is there anything to do with my language? Does the Java has to be in English? Do you know how to run the java manually after install because I didn't see any Java icon that show it's running after installation.

  15. Hey, I have just found a way to solve this problem.
First, go to http://java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp to test whether Java is working on the computer.
This would also start your java that's installed on your computer.
Next, check if DDBP still the same error.
If so, go to Program File/Java/jre(*)/bin and run the programs listed below:
    java.exe, javacpl.exe, javaw.exe and javaws.exe
This should solve the problem...at least for me~:)
    Hope this helps~:P

I’m developing a fresh blog plus I’m struggling to make it look good, as well as offer the best quality content. I have learned much at your web site and also I anticipate alot more articles and will be coming back soon. Thanks you.
